How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com is the property of John Ondrasik and is administrated by John and the Five For Fighting management team at Jim Grant Management.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com has no paid staff or personnel.

As a mother of an autistic son, it had me in tears. It is so great to see the knowledge being spread. And I must agree with KerriAnne lannotta's comment too. The biggest battle is getting insurance and others to cover and treat your child. We need to fight for more coverage and protection for our autistic children.

I really needed this today! It made me emotional and made me think once again this is why I advocate everyday. Autism isn't the hardest thing I'm dealing with It't actually #4 on my list. The list is as follows..... 1. fighting the school district for an appropriate education is at the top!!!!! 2. Dealing with gut issues and special diets 3. Understanding the rules in the Department of Welfare and why they change every other day 4. AUTISM The children all ready have Autism and allready are judged so hard. Why all the extra problems. I'ts not fair time is precious and children need us now!!!!!!!! Thank you KerriAnne PA 5:24 April 3,07

People should stop and think, what if they had Autism, how would they want to be treated. How it would feel to almost be at the mercy of others. The children have no choice in the matter, and ARE at the mercy of others. I would imagine its a very very helpless feeling, and i would assume, scary. I am a mother of an autistic 12 year old boy. I never knew i was so special until God decided to send me one of His angels. Others should be so lucky. I am truly blessed, and hope that this video does the good that we are wanting it to do.

I have friends with autistic children & even 1 of my own is on the spectrum (but thankfully in a way that has been very treatable w/ therapy & it's nearly a non-issue anymore! Thank you therapists, Susie & Debbie!!!) I somjetime work w/ a child w/ Down's & though it's not the same he requires a lot of attention, but I just love him & I don't get it when people don't love these kids who need extra & special attention! All kids are special & wonderful, God-given, God-breathed, & God-loved!!!

Lovely video, stirring message. My favorite line is that Autism Speaks wants austism to be a word in history books! I second that motion!

WONDERFUL, I'm so happy so much attention is being brought to this situation. I have the most wonderful grandson who is getting to old to have much to do with grandma's but I know he loves us all of us because he has a way of making us all feel so special.
