How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com is the property of John Ondrasik and is administrated by John and the Five For Fighting management team at Jim Grant Management.

We have two autistic sons, one profoundly autistic who is nearly 18 and has no speech and the other with Asperger's Syndrome who is 21 and is in his second year of university studying computer science. I was very moved watching this video and very touched to see expressions on the children's faces that I know oh so well. Thank you for speaking for all autistic people and giving them a voice.

To live in this world has it's ups and downs. With every passing day I thank God that I have my 10 year old autistic boy. The bad days sometimes out weigh the good. I just remember it's the AUTISM and not the boy. Hate the disease --- LOVE the child. He's taught me to see people for who they are on the inside. DALTON YOUR FOREVER MY BABY!!!

My autistic son Harris is now 15 years old. Thank God that when he was 2 years old, we had the forsight to include him in "intensive early intervention behavioural programs". Today he attends a main stream high school and has just made "High Honor Roll"! Thanks to all of the wonderful caring teachers, therapists, family and friends along the way. My prayer is that all children should have the same educational opportunities for sucess that my son had.

I think this video is great and its making people more aware of Autism now. My 75 year old Mom is raising her Autistic granddaugher, my niece Jenni who is now 23. My Mom is an Angel on Earth for Jenni. My Mom wishes she can live forever to take care of her but she knows she can not.

It is a video like this that helps to keep the awareness, drive for support and a cure. It encourages curiosity which is the root of learning, education and ultimately nurtring a better understanding. Let everyone open their mind, heart and soul to respect all aspects of life.

my daughter 20 yrs old, was diagnosed at 9 w/high functioning Autism. Parents were once told to put the kiddo in an institution, they will never progress. She graduated from high school (they never thought she would), and now attends college two days a week. She is also dealing w/type 1 diabetes as well as rhuematoid arthritis. She is so positive about the challenges that she faces everyday, she inspires those around us. Thank you to everyone for all the work on behalf of our kids, and for the prayers and well wishes. Blessings to all!
