How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

I Love this video, it shows so much compassion between these 2 friends (brothers), this kind of love is what makes the world a better place to live, God bless all of you, and continue to spread awareness of autism, the more we know, the better we understand. Thanks Mathew and Jake, and never lose this incredible bond you guys have.

That was so touching, Scott. My goodness that brought tears to my eyes, as I miss Jake (and Matthew) so very much!! Those kids have left footprints in my heart, and taught me a tremendous amount about life. I am so proud to have been a part of both of theirs, and I continue to praise them for their accomplishments as they become little men! :) Miss and love you!

The video was incredible. Matthew, you are an amazing older brother! Carla and Scott, thank you for sharing the experiences you have had as a family. The love and support you provide is clearly demonstrated in the relationship Jake and Matthew have.

This is a wonderful family that I have had the pleasure to know. There is a special bond between all of them. Matthew is an amazing big brother and you can see the love that they have for each other in their eyes and hearts! I miss Jake and all of you, however I still hear how wonderful he is doing.

My younghest son is blind and has a great big brother also. Attention is often paid to the child with the disability and this shows that exceptional can mean many things. Great job.

Our daughter, Lauren, is one of Jake's "helpers". So wonderful to see one of the children she's worked with. And what a beautiful, emotional video. I sent the link to everyone I know! All the best to you and you family.

Thank you for sharing such a beautiful thing!!! My mother taught autistic children, I was brought up with them, I saw no difference as a child as we played. Yes, they had to be shown how to do things, but it made me feel good that I could help. See, I did did not know they were autistic, only that they were the children that my mother helped. There is such an inner beauty in every one of them. I never forgot that, and to be honest with you I think they are more intelligent than we are. Just because people do not understand these lovely people does not make them different! Hey, they may be the norm and we are different! They, our children, parents, friends are such a gift! Autism is not a desease, what is, is how we treat them. Sorry, I am rambling, I am now a teacher of reg. ed. whatever you might want to call that. But, I will never forget the beautiful experience my mother gave me!!!!! AUTISM IS BEAUTIFUL!!! And the sooner people realize it the better the world will be. I hope I got my point across. I know we need to still help, to give the help that is needed for SPECIAL NEEDS! There always will be the need, and I pray it gets done. I just hope that all see the inner beauty of these wonderful men, women, and children!! See they do not see hate, or color, or anything else. They just LOVE, and do not judge!!!!!!!

Even though I see these two all the time, this video brought tears to my eyes. Carla and Scott you have done a great job raising these boys, and it is clearly shown in the progress Jake has made over the years. The pictures speak so loudly of the love they share. The other day i saw the two of them outside shooting hoops together having a blast, its just so amazing to see the love shared by Jake and Matt. If only everyone had a brother like Matt...
