How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

This touches my heart. I understand what goes thru the minds of parents with Autistic children. A dear friend of mine in Memphis, TN has an Autistic child. Every caring heart helps.

Hi We also have two boys with autism. My husband served 24 years in the military and we too know what impact having less medical benefits and less income now has on a family. Watching your video was like watching my life. The pain can be unbearable at times but know my heart reaches out to yours and I hope yours to mine. God bless us all but especially our boys!

What a beautiful montage of your boys. Knowledge is the key as well as spreading the word. I will keep this going by spreading the word for you. Keep the faith.

Our prayers are with your family stay strong and keep believing. It's great what your husband has done for our country it's just to bad the government couldn't see it that way and help you.

I got this page in an email from a friend of mine. I am so glad I took the time to watch your video. Continue to be strong and hang in there. You will be in my thoughts and prayers and please thank your husband for me for doing what he did for his country.

Thank you for your question Ma. Sadly our insurance does not cover respite care, that is covered under a program called ECHO which is for Active Duty Military only. However both of our children attend school so we have several hours during the day to ourselves. This helps us so much. We do attend weekly field trips and school functions as needed and we enjoy it. I will be attending college this fall and my long term goal is to earn a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy so that I can help other children like mine.

Keeping all in my prayers and hoping they find a cause/cure. Is there a program to offer you respite? Taking care of your physical and emotional health is needed to keep on keeping on. Good luck.

My heart goes out to you. Sometimes I wonder if the vaccinations that are required for babies has something to do with autism. I hear more and more stories about perfectly normal children suddenly being striken with autism. May God bless you and be with you.

Your boys are beautiful. I was blessed with one boy with autism, a physically and speech delayed daughter and a son with severe allergies (no word yet on autism, he just turned 2). My heart goes out to all the parents like us. We are the voices for our autistic kids. My prayers are with you.

You and the boys are always in my heart. I'm passing along your video to everyone I know, hoping they will contribute to more research and better care and support systems for the families.

I watched a lot of these videos and yours caught my attention. I wish that there was a law for families like yours to get the money they deserve for their children. My thoughts are with you.
