How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com is the property of John Ondrasik and is administrated by John and the Five For Fighting management team at Jim Grant Management.

I love your song that goes with this video. My daughter is almost 14 and we have been on this journey called autism for almost 12 years. I wish her life did not have to be so difficult, but she is a fighter and has made great progress. Thank you for showing how hard these kids have to work just to make it.

Thank You Thank You!!! I have a 5 year old with Autism / SPD / & Bipolar. The harderst part of the last 5 years has been the lack of understanding from others. The looks, comments, and ignorance has been heart breaking. I now even catch my 7 year old daughter explaining her brother to complete strangers. Your video was beautiful!

Autism affects 1 in 150 children, but it also affects 1 in 150 parents, my husband and I are right there with you, we understand. Our son is almost 4 y/o, and I wish he knew that. I wish he could tell people " I'm 4 years old" He is also autistic. Thank you for sharing. Thank you for telling "our story".

Very touching! I am an educatot who works very hard to help families like yours, to give their child the life everyother child their age has, to help the world see the beauty each and everyone of these children has inside. Autism is what they have, not who they are!

I'm this boy's uncle and I see him battle constantly with everyday situations that are commonplace to most people. I know my sister and brother-in-law struggle so much to help him and it pains me when they are so emotionally defeated because they feel that they can't quell his fears or fixations. I always fear that he'll be ostracized and labeled when he has as much to offer as any other child, he just has a difficult time showing how great he really is. Ryan, I love you buddy!

Your video is incredible and describes everything a parent goes through to a tee! As the mother of an 18-year-old autistic/mr son, I can tell you the early years were difficult, but we have been blessed with doctors, therapists, teachers, family and friends who have helped us along the way. Our son keeps us grounded and reminds us that simplicity is a wonderful thing! Thank you for using your talents in a positive way!
