How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com is the property of John Ondrasik and is administrated by John and the Five For Fighting management team at Jim Grant Management.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com has no paid staff or personnel.

Kim, you have beautiful children. Please continue your advocacy efforts--there are so many just entering the world of autism, that need the strong voice of experience. It is said that "how we spend our days is how we spend our very lives"....as we live out our lives in the service of others, then come what may, we will know we've made the most of our lives, with our contributions living long after we do. God bless!

Kim & Tom ~ What an amazing job you are doing as parents. I have loved your children (and you both) since our first meeting and feel so blessed to have all of you in Mitch, Grant, Logan and my life. It has been amazing to witness the unbelievable changes and improvements that have occurred with ME and T. You are such amazing people -- how you manage it all each day is beyond me. You are the perfect parents for ME and T. Truly. We are forever friends ~ unconditionally ~ and we are so grateful for that. With love and unending support ~ Carly, Mitch, Grant & Logan

When our son was diagnosed with autism 20 years ago, we were told 1 in 10,000 children were autistic. Quite different from todays 1 in 150. Then, we didn't know what to do or where to start. We were told it's great we found out early, but nobody could tell us what to do. We did our "own form" of early intervention, and he has come a long way, but if we had known then what's out there now... I tell everyone now, early intervention is crucial! Don't delay, start today. Hang in there, and don't forget to see the blessings (they're everywhere) along the way. Also, it's okay to laugh! It's good for parents and the kids!

This video was very powerful!!!! I am convinced that it's significance has yet to be recognized in terms of it's educational and supportive roles for many, many people. My nephew was diagnosed about a year ago. My sister kept saying something was not right but she could not put words to it. She remained vigilant and made certain that he got the support system established that has helped him excel. I am saddened at the overall cruelty of his classmates that he shares with me on occassion and hopeful that as he grows he will develop and establish meaningful relationships. I adore my nephew and recognize him as a unique and spirited individual with many gifts and talents. I am excited for his future and am thankful that I will witness his maturity. I admire my sister, Amy. She is an incredible parent. I am so very proud of her!!

I am a mother of two autistic boys. They were diagnosed early and had early intervention and they continue with their special education with wonderful persons who really want to help.I wish everyday for the better to come for them. The biggest problem we as a family have iw the total absence of social-community-friendly support. The video showed me a story like my families. Is still hope for these children.God bless you and them.

This is an amazing testimony that not only educates but also encourages all parents. How wonderful that you became aggressive advocates for your beautiful children. As a teacher, I applaud you for your committment & dedication to your little ones. May God bless all the families who are entrusted with His most vulnerable and precious children.

I am a special education teacher from Israel, I have started working with children with autism in CSSAC in Rockville MD, in their Intensive Early Intervention program and continued my work when I moved back to Israel 7 years ago. I must say this presentation is amazing, your children are wonderful! Early Intervention does work and can do wonders. Keep up the good work, reach, connect and love those little angels.

My two year old son has just been diagnosed with autism and my emotions are very up and down at not knowing what the future will hold. Your video really moved me,you and your children are truly an inspiration.I have met some great health care professionals since my sons diagnosis and they all seem eager to help in anyway possible, so hopefully this positive early intervention will help my son achieve his abilities whatever they may be.

Wow, great job! Where did you get your inspiration from? Was there a good book that got you started on your home therapies? We need more of that instruction here in Knoxville...Thanks for sharing.

This has been one of my favorites. Thank you for your message, passion and creativity. I pray that other parents/professionals/humans in general see "autism" the way you do. Autism is just another way of being. Your children are perfect just the way they are. Yes, they can use tools. I have heard so many parents say they are better people because of their child with autism. These children are blessings. Love is the way!!
