How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com is the property of John Ondrasik and is administrated by John and the Five For Fighting management team at Jim Grant Management.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com has no paid staff or personnel.

What a beautiful video. Can anyone please tell me who sings the version of "Don't Laugh At Me" at the end? Thanks so much, for this and for what you're doing for others.

what a wonderful person you are! if you dont write anymore, let this website be your inspiration to do it again! The kind of world i want is where great artists like you dont judge themselves anymore and see their own beauty within.... my son has autism and my mom sent me an email that directed me to this site and that is what lead me to hours of sitting at the computer which i rarely ever do... but i've been so moved tonight by people like you and me PURPLE PEOPLE!

Tami - how wonderful you are! What a beautiful video... You "USED to draw"?!? I hope that's not all in the past. If those are your sketches, Tami-get back to drawing! You are wonderfully talented. Do you sell your art? Do you sell the purple tee shirts? Purple hugs, Ellen

Thanks for very much for sharing, and for creating this. My deepest hope is that all children will be able to be touched and awakened in this essence. Oh, My! what a wonderful world we shall have!!!! Is there perhaps a list of private pre-schools (Montessori, etc) that the word could be spread for this wonderful piece of life and love? Let's keep thinking of ideas to get the word out there. Somehow John and Elizabeth Edwards come to mind in this spirit; while they may be busy for the moment, perhaps their folks could be made aware and hold it in loving space til the time is right...and oh My of course, Barack Obama's folks, also!!!! I can't wait to tell my friends and family w/ young children of the Purple Love book; I found it recently at the Present Moment Bookstore in Minneapolis, and am delightedly now sharing it w/ my homey folks in Omaha. Namaste!

Beautiful - brought tears to my eyes. What a wonderful world that would be, esp. for my son. People can be so cruel and he lives with that everyday. I wish schools would send show your message to all! Thank-you.

Hey cuz! Great video! I loved the song that you chose to play at the end! My sons, Greg & Eric, sing that song at sleep away camp. They attend the NJY camps in the Poconos and that song is one of the camp themes. I'll have to play your video for them when they return from camp.

We are Purple People too. :) A beautiful message to convey to kids and grown-ups. We're going to make sure our kids see it and we'll pass onto other parents we know too. Thank you!
