How This Works
For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.
For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.
whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com is the property of John Ondrasik and is administrated by John and the Five For Fighting management team.
whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com has no paid staff or personnel.

I work at a facility that diagnoses kids, many many many with autism. (Dev Peds, OT, ST and more...) Insurances often consider autism a developmental delay. Try billing or asking your doc to bill with a 348.30 which is static encephalopathy. It is an umbrella that autism falls under but is considered medical instead of psych or developmental. Hope this might help someone here.

Every time when my older brother would get home, he would beat me because he got beat up in school. i would cry thinking about what it must feel like to be beat up and made fun of school. I am overwalm with anger toweds him because why dose he do this to me? But I feel bad because he is just doing what the kids do to him. but this has made me stornger. i not really sure how to explain it but it has made me stronger mentally and physically. my younger brother is briilent. he knows how to do math, spell, and so much more.

My son is 7 years old. He was almost four before we could get him diagnosed. He is high functioning. I wanted to let you guys know that there is hope! Aside from a few traits that are mild, and having to take things slow in giving directions or explanations, he is noraml! Early intervention is worth it's weight in gold! We just have to continue to get the word out to others!

I'm 13 and in middle school, and we have a special ed program. People always make fun of autistic kids. I don't, nut I've never done anything special for them, and seeing this made me realize I could. Thanks and great song. Just think: one day in heaven we will all be without flaws!!!

I am a ten year old girl who has a brother who is autistic. My brother (Alex) is at the most severe end of the spectrum. Although he is hard to live with, we all love him and work together to help him. Hang in there and stay stong-things will get better over time!

I am a ten year old girl and my brother has autism. He has a very severe case and will never get better. This site has shown me I am not alone and we all need to face these challenges and do all that we can to help. Hopefully we can all work together to help children with autism. Again thank you for teaching me we are not alone. I will always have a special place in my heart for kids with disabilities.

I'd like to start by telling you what everyone else does, your daughter is very beutiful, and is blessed to have a loving wonderful family. My son,his name is jordan, is 2 and 1/2.He has been diagnosed with autism and we have had to jump through hoops to get him what he needs. They tell you to wait for a chance to get on the waiting list, if that makes any sense.I could go on for pages about things that are not right with the system. But that won't help anything as i'm sure you know.Have you started the B12 shots? Thats were we are right now. I read your article in she magazine. I see your in twin lakes we live in kenosha, not far from you. We are signed up for the autism speaks "walk now for autism" in milwakee on july 11th. Maybe we will see you there? Anyway I just wanted to tell you all that our hearts go out to you.WE hope the best for you and your family! jeff, sharon, and jordan :)

Even though autistic children have different abilities they are the same we are they can even do more impressing things than we do. Treat them the same . I will be the first person to find a cure when I get older it will happen.

As a grandma of an adorable boy who is on the autism spectrum, I dearly hope you are not waiting the 2 years without immediate home intervention. There is so much,as a parent that you can do on your own. It takes research and tons of patience but you can make progress with your beautiful daughter. It's a fight, don't give up. You are your childs' hope.
