How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com is the property of John Ondrasik and is administrated by John and the Five For Fighting management team at Jim Grant Management.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com has no paid staff or personnel.

Stunning video! Please, if there are only two books you ever read again, make them Louder Than Words by Jenny McCarthy and Children With Starving Brains (google it) You can help heal your child, we have! Don't wait on lists for therapies while your child slips away, early intervention is key, but as parents you can do so much! Read the books!

This touches me deeply as I have family and friends who are struggling with Autism. I work in the Human Serices Filed with Individuals who are also struggling with Autism. My daughter is a special needs teachers for 3to 5 year olds. I pray for a cure and will do all I can to advocate for the Insurance coverage. I also believe Education Awareness is a key factor. Keep up the good work, God Bless You All! Kathy

My son needs therapy that we can't afford either. Autism has no cure, but we can help with early intervention...Why can't we get it?

I work as a one to one with a four year old boy who has autism. He is an amazing little boy who I love dearly. Although he cannot tell me what he is feeling it is amazing how I just know. He cannot tell me that he loves me but he shows me in his own special way. We can't give up we have to keep fighting to help autism.

What a beautiful little girl. I sure hope she does not have to wait for two years to get some help and many answers. I have known many autistic children in my life and know that they are brilliant and beautiful, and just would love to be able to express theirselves. I am so happy that your little girl is sweet and Oh So Loveable!02/29/2008

This is such a devistating illness that is rapidly striking our children. More research needs to be done to figure out the cause of this monster illness that is making our children a prisoner in their own bodies.

I have a nephew who is 4 and attends special classes. He has come along way and is learning how to communicate. We live in PA and there are many programs to support them in school and out of school.

I think the government should help. They do hold the power. We can't do anything unless the government deems it legal, so asking them to help our children is only asking them to exercise their power for a good cause. If other countries like Denmark or Canada can help out their citizens, why can't the US? After all, the government mandates that we pay taxes, right there they have power by taking our hard earned money. They should at least use it to benefit those who need the help. So I disagree when people think that the government shouldn't help and that they have too much power. Whether we ask for the help or not, they will always have the power. The proof is in the fact that they can just take a percentage of our paycheck every week, and can't say a damn thing about it.

It's really not the government's job to take care of our kids, and when we make it the government's job we give them too much power. That said, it would be nice if everyone donated more often to charities...Those ARE organizations to help our kids.
