How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com is the property of John Ondrasik and is administrated by John and the Five For Fighting management team at Jim Grant Management.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com has no paid staff or personnel.

My 8 year old son has Autism. He is the light of my life. We are lucky that he has made huge changes by leaps and bounds. I wouldn't change anything about him. He is amazing and his smile is contagious. Keep your chins up and marvel at the beauty that autism is. I hope that one day they can have all the medical assistance that they need , just like any other disorder . These children are angels.

Thank you so much for the beautiful video and Five for Fighting for the support. My daughter was diagnosed with ASD nearly 14 years ago. Life has been a struggle for us but hopefully in the very near future we can find a cause and cure.

You are a truly inspirational Mother. I have a son with autism, and I am always looking for a cure,a way to fix him. With your awareness and passionate story mabye we can find some answers. Insurance companies need to start recognizing developmental services like they recognize cancer services. Thank you for your story, you are my hero. Thank you Five for Fighting. You were one of my favorite bands even before I knew you were fighting for my son and others.

My thoughts and prayers for a cure to all those that have this and to those that will be diagnosed with it. Remember, we are all Gods children. Love un-conditionally. Stop to help someone today. Pay it forward!

I have a nephew with "mild autism", categorized by healthcare professionals as one of the 'blue children'. My sister and her family struggle daily with the special needs of this beautiful little boy, though he is highly functional in many areas. It breaks my heart knowing things could be so much better for these children if it weren't for managed care restrictions. Thank you Five For Fighting for this beautiful and moving video. Please keep forwarding this to anyone you know, for Claudia, Benjamin and so many others.

Another call for us to look at how we, as nation, treat our young, elderly, and infirm. The time for change is now. The time to help is upon us.

I'm a special education teacher and kids who have autism are my favorite. I Hate the disability but I really love the kids. My younger brother has various disabilities and my mom has a sign hanging on her refrigerator, "Hate the Disease, Love the Person". They are so full of wonder and awe at the world. I've learned so much from them. Thanks for teaching me so much, Jake, Noah, Collin, Brett, Sam, Jacob, Jeremy, Miranda, and all of the others.

I have a son with Autism, the unfortunate thing about Special Ed. and other agencies is their screening process is geared toward giving as little as possible, if any, services as opposed to providing what is needed. Those who are non-Medicaid famalies are pretty much left in a bind for finding treatment for their kids.

It is not just the child that suffers.. but those that love the child.. friends family..even doctors and nurses that assist. I hope that the goverenment wakes up here soon and these blessed gifts of sweet life get the help they need. Many Hugs

I have a child with Autism so this is especially important to me. I am very lucky because my son was diagnosed early and with the help of therapy and great teachers and support he is now very functioning and unless you really know us or him, you can not even tell he is Autistic. Thanks to everyone who clicked the link and watched the video.
