How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com is the property of John Ondrasik and is administrated by John and the Five For Fighting management team at Jim Grant Management.

Absolutely gorgeous children. Your love for your family is amazing. I knew you and Carlie back in high school and I've been trying to find you for years. Please email me!

I have watched many of these videos and they all pull at my heart but for some reason this one overwhelmed me...I sit here in tears ...I have a 2 year old grandson who recieves therapy, but has not yet been diagnosed with Autism...I saw him in your sons face....I wish I could make this all go away somehow....we have to try everything we can to help them....I pray for all of our children.

A very touching story. Many pictures of you son reminded me of my own. Classical Homeopathy and craneo sacral therapy have helped him. Amy Lansky's book The Impossible Cure describes how homepathy took her child out of autism as well. Don't stop fighting for a cure.

Keep hanging in there! We have just started our autism journey. Our son Derek was diagnosed with autism at 13 1/2 months old in June 2007. We are already making progress with diet, supplements, and therapies. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't scared of the future, but try to keep hope! That's what will get us through as parents! God bless you and your beautiful family!

Dear parents of Ryan, What a touching video of your son. I work with preschoolers that have autism. I can say that without a doubt, I am so blessed and rewarded every day by each one of the children I share my day with. Your son is beautiful in so many ways! Thank you for sharing your video. Jodi

Dear Dad and Mom of Ryan, I knew there was a reason "Five For Fighting" was my favorite group. I was checking there website and came across your video. Although I dont know anyone with autism, I felt every tear you've shed for Ryan. What a beautiful smile. I pray you'll see that smile again. Don't give up the fight or lose your Faith. God hears your prayers. Let him carry your fears and worries and you give Ryan your strenth and courage. May God Bless you all!!

Adam, the boys are beautiful, they look just like you. Just remember one thing Ryan is still there you just needs to keep working with him, try to get into his world. This will help him to find his way out. Never give up hope, I taught the last five years in an Autistic classroom and I saw the progress these children can make with early intervention and parents who love them. My prayers are with you all. Love you all Aunt Sue

Adam and Carlie, I just want to tell you how proud I am of both of you. I see all the hard work and devotion you both put towards helping Ryan. He is blessed to have parents who love him so much. I can't tell you how my heart melts when I hold him. He is such a sweetheart. Both my grandsons are special. I will watch this video every day..it still makes me cry. I love you all.

Adam, Carlie, and boys, You know how much you mean to me (and Rob) and that there isn't anything in this world we wouldn't do for you. I know I've seen most of these pictures before but there's just something about the music and the emotions you've expressed that always brings me to tears. I'm very proud of the wonderful man you've become. Seeing you grow up and develop into the caring, nurturing husband and father you are today makes me love you more than I ever could have imagined. Please know that God must have a plan for you because only someone with your talents and gifts would be given one as precious as Ryan (and Adam Jr.). He wouldn't just give Ryan to anyone. He gave him to you because He knows you'll care for him and fight for him like no one else could. Pleasse remember we're here for you if you ever need us...and even if you don't.

Adam, Your mom sent me this. Unfortunately my computer won't let me download the flash player so I can't watch the video. ( I'll have to get Alex to help me when he gets home.) But without even watching it, what I know is that Ryan has a mom and dad who love him so much they are willing to keep learning how to reach him to help his actions reflect the beautiful boy that he is inside. I also know that this challenge takes alot of courage, strength and determination. It takes going beyond what you think you can do to do more because your son needs more. It takes selflessness and a pure heart. Ryan is an incredibly lucky boy becasue he has such wonderful, loving parents. What I know is that all of this effort will pay off for all of you in ways you can't imagine. In the meantime, when you are tired and frustrated and hurting, know that I am here for you. Either of you can always call me if you need to talk. I'm a good listener and I want you to get all the stress relief you can. Adam, I am so proud of the man you have become. Let me know if there is anything I can do...any product I can make. I love you and your beautiful family.

Dear Adam! Could you leave me your email address or just write on mine (kturowska@sbc.global.net) so I can tell you more about the supplements. My son is also VERY picky eater but seeing him doing so much progress: pointing, talking, looking into our eyes and interacting with us and other kids, made it not important that he eats maybe 10 things in all. The vitamins, calcium etc. you can find in many suplements. I REALLY encourage you to try the diet because the sooner you clean his leaky guts the better for his brain and the more progress he will make. Waiting for your reply Kamila

JuJo Mommy, thats great to hear about your child, Ryan is non verbal, and that is my main wish for him, i think it would help tremendously if he could speak to us, pecs can only do so much for him...again thank you and god bless

Kamilla, thank you so much for your kind words, I am really interested in hearing more about supplements from you, also we tried the diet to some extent and it was really difficult, dut to ryan being a VERY picky eater, so any ideas would be greatly appreciated.. again thanks for the kind words..

Dear Dad, Thank you for the video, I know exactly what you are going through. We are coming up on the two year anniversary of our son's diagnosis and he is so close to recovery we can smell it!! Two years ago he was essentially nonverbal and now he is fully verbal, plays with friends and is way ahead of his peers academically (he's 4.5). Fight the fight and don't ever stop, it is SO worth it. God bless you and your family, Jujo Mommy.
