How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com is the property of John Ondrasik and is administrated by John and the Five For Fighting management team at Jim Grant Management.

Thank you for sharing such a personal journey. With the love that surrounds JJ his life is going to be filled with fun and much laughter. He has brought a smile to a strangers face a gazillion miles away across the oceans and that is a beautiful thing. I work with young adults with autism and they are amazing and are a pleasure to be around. JJ is going to be amazing!

J.J has been a miracle for all of us. He has touched our lives in so many ways. We just love and value every day that we get to spend with J.J. He lights up our life and brings so much happiness and joy to each and everyone of us. With all the love and support that J.J. has there is no doubt in my mind that this is just an obstacle J.J. has to overcome. Miracles happen everyday and we have already been blessed with ours!!! We love you..Uncle Bri & Auntie Alissa

Wow. That took courage to do. I don't know you or JJ, but in those pictures I see a little boy who *does* shine, and a family that positively glows. JJ may have additional challenges ahead of him, but with parents who love him as much as you two obviously do, I have a lot of faith that he won't just 'get by', but rather, thrive.

It is very difficult for me to express in words how this video has touched me. I definitely got chills from watching it multiple times. The courage shown by Heather and John to create this video to spread awareness is unbelievable. J.J. is an amazing child and will be an incredible man one day. He is so lucky to have you both as parents. You are also lucky to be blessed with such a beautiful and charming son. I can't thank you enough for sharing this video with me.

What a wonderful video that truly depicts how much love you have for your sweet boy. I am wishing him a full, rich life where he can reach his full potential. No doubt Mom and Dad will move mountains to make it happen. Thank you for sharing your story.

Sorry if I make a lot of errors here... but it's so hard to type through these tears. Yes, Heather and John, JJ is a miracle. He is miraculously beautiful and miraculously loving, kind and fortunate. He will be loved tomorrow as he was loved the day he was born~ unconditionally. Yes Heather and John, his life will be different, but it will not just be different because he is autistic. It will be different than so many of the kids I see because he will be introduced to the world and taught the lessons that will make him a man as so many of my students are not. He will be shown tolerance because he will tolerate. He will be shown compassion because he will be compassionate. He will love because he will be loved. That is why his life will be different. A more amazing boy could not be born to more phenomenal people. I often wonder which of you is luckier; the two of you or that child... undoubtedly it is the two of you!

J.J. is a very fortunate, beautiful little boy, with a world of potential! He is so blessed to be treasured, cherished, & cared for by his parents! How much happier the world would be if all children had such parents! I am confident that you will continue to help others to accept J.J. for who he appears to be in these charming photos: a cheerful, bright & loving child. Like all the other precious children living with autism, he is depending on ALL those who love him to spread autism awareness, community tolerance, and government & insurance support. EVERY effort made by parents, grandparents, other relatives & friends, will help to make the changes research WILL one day bring. When autism surfaced in two of my grandsons, Autism Speaks & the Autism Society of America were both vitally instrumental as resources of information. May God bless your family with all that you need.
