How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

Thanks for sharing this amazing video of Jake. He has the most beautiful eyes. Jake is very lucky for having you as his parents. I also have a 4 year old boy with Autism. Jake reminds me of him in alot of ways. His eyes and his smile. I know how difficult it is. I haven't stopped crying since the time my son was diagnosed at the age of 2 1/2. Everyday is a struggle. Stay strong and positive. Together we'll find the cure. Liz from Toronto Canada

your beautiful little boy reminded me so much of mine, who's name is Andrew or "Drew". they both have dark hair and eyes and yes, autism. Andt most importantly -US. The parents who love them no matter what and are their voice when they cant use their own. My son was born on my birthday which give me the feeling of an extra special bond beyond what I expected. I can feel what he is feeling sometimes even when he cant express it, and i see you have that too... Bless you and your family

I love you too, and I want you to come back soon. With the help from this site, I hope many get the early help they need.

It is obvious how much you love your son. He is blessed to be your child. I am a teacher and I can't believe how many more children with autism we are seeing every year. I know it can be exhausting to have to advocate for him and fight insurance companies on top of all the other responsibilities of having a child with autism. May God give you the strength to continue to fight for all that your son deserves.

I've viewed these videos and read many of the comments. I know I can't even imagine the longing and heartbreak the parents must feel, and the frustration and loneliness the children suffer. My friend's son is autistic w/ sensory process disorder. His pediatrician kept putting off her concerns, even though daycare and preschool providers were voicing their concerns as early as the age of 2. Now, at the age of 4, this same pediatrician has finally admitted something is amiss. Her son finally began intensive therapy at the age of 4. Just two months later: what a difference. My other friend's twins were thankfully diagnosed early and, through the March of Dimes, began receiving intensive therapy up through Kindergarten. What a huge step forward for them! They are now in second grade and mainstreamed, with special ed services, and doing incredibly well! I wish this for all who are boxed in by autism. Go with your gut! Do not let the pediatricians delay that most-necessary early intervention! Believe in yourself, and the fact that no one knows your child like you do. God bless.

I do not have a child and have no idea what all of you are going thru but I think it is imporant that I try and understand. Each video brought more and more tears to my eyes as I see families struggling with Autism. It is more important than ever to get this word out there. Only together can we help prevent and cure this. My love my heart and my prayers are with all of you, day in and day out I will think of your beautiful children and they love they have to give. Thank you for sharing your stories and know that you are not alone in your struggles.

God has chosen you to love and encourage this beautiful child. I also have a son with autism, he's 11 now. After many tearful days, fearing the worst, not knowing what the future would bring, he is enjoying friends, singing in chorus, and daily, making us laugh. I thank God for him.

This could have been the video of my 19 year old ausistic son. What a long and challenging, yet rewarding journey it's been! Especially with that hyper acute hearing. He is now relatiely high functioning and at the ever so amazing brookwood community - close by thank God -where as they say, The Spirit Soars. He was adopted as a normal healthy baby boy - God had other plans for us. Thanks for sharing.
