How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

I am Tristan's aunt, he is the most amazing boy you'll ever meet. He's sweet and loveable and caring... his sister Jade takes good care of him. I know my sister is going through some tough times with Tristan growing up, but he's come a long way! I know he'll do just fine. I just pray to God every day that he gives them the courage and patience they need. We love you all. We are here for you always. Love, Tio Juan, Tia Vivi, and your cousins.

I've wiped my tears from viewing your video. I too have a son with Asperger's Syndrome--diagnosed at 4yrs. and is now almost 17 yrs. He too has a little sister angel who is 14yrs! We worried so much in the beginning and continue now. I know he is going to be fine. He has all our love & support and somewhere out there is someone who appreciate, love and want to live their life with him. He is the most amazing young man. I am an educator and have work that aspect to help him--extended time, aid in social situations, etc. I have now taught 3 diagnosed children as well! Asperger's is becoming more recognized and delt with.

My son was diagnosed with Asperger's at age 11. He is now married and has his first child on the way. These special children can become whatever they desire as long as there are loving, understanding people in their lives. As I was watching your video, I saw my Justin as he was growing up. Please, no matter how hard it gets, do not loose the hope that these children will one day be successful adults. My prayers are with every family that has special children in their path. Thank you for sharing!

My heart goes out to you. Life is hard enough even for kids without such problems. Just keep pouring out your love and do the best you can to give them experiences they can master, and let their idiosyncracies be part of this great colorful quilt called life. You do the best you can, and leave the rest to God. Blessings Always.

You are blessed in that your son is still a child and there is hope. My son is 25 yrs old. As he grew up no one knew exactly what was wrong. The frustration was awful. Even now there are few resources for adults. He was diagnosed with Asperger's when he was 18. Before that it wasn't even classified. My prayers are that your with training your special child will grow up able to cope with this world.

If only research, education, educators and more importantly the world's children and adults could move a little faster to accomodate those precious children and adults with Autism. It is not something to be ashamed of or to hide under a bushel basket. But take a child with Autism out in public or to a park. The world could be a kinder, more gentle place for thoe aflicted with Autism. They need not to be judged, but encouraged to meet their best potential. As a grandmother, with a beautiful Autistic grandson, my heart aches for his parents who wish they could fix it. I ache when they feel embarassed because someone is rude or caustic. It's a tough world out there. And it is the world and all who are in it whom I ache for because they just don't get it. I pray for all equally. K.R.
