How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com is the property of John Ondrasik and is administrated by John and the Five For Fighting management team at Jim Grant Management.

My wish was to get 1,000 people to watch this video and WOW !!!!! The outcry of support is amazing. I feel like this is one big family and that is awesome. Thank you for the comments and the support, having a child with special needs is really tough on your family, and just knowing that there is so much support out there is over whelming. I pray that god will bless each and every one of you. Let's find a cure and put Autism in our history books. LIVE LAUGH AND LOVE

Chris, your video gave me yet another answer to the question "What kind of world do you want?" I want a world where there are more parents like you. Britton is so very lucky. And, so are you. God doesn't give kids like Britton to just anyone. He gave me one, too. Mine recently graduated from high school -- early, in fact -- despite a Kindergarten teacher who told me "If I ever have to teach another child like Rhett, I'll quit teaching and start sacking groceries for a living." I imagine her now, bagging eggs and toothpaste at her local Safeway, while children like Britton and Rhett thrive. Thank you so much for sharing his story with us.

I have two boys a twelve year old and an almost four year old. My little one(Lucas)was diagnosed at two and half years of age with PDD/Autism. It has been a difficult time for my husband, myself and my family, but with everyone's support I have learned to become a stronger mother and woman. My husband has been a very wonderful and supportive father. Lucas got some home based therapy and started school in Brooklyn NY in September of 2007. We than relocated in November 2007 to Tampa, Florida. Lucas has transitioned very well and has progressed since our move to Florida. At times I get depressed and cry some nights but when I see his little face and the effort that he puts in trying to communicate not only with us but sometimes with others. I hope and pray that a cure is discovered soon not only for the kids who not have autism but for those whose will be born it can get the immediate help that they need. God Bless Us All!

Fantastic video. I am a Speech-Language Pathologist and work with many children with autism. I love this idea to help fund the research and I wish for a world without autism too.
