How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

We are a nation of many. Although we may not support the reason for war. We should always support the men and women who lay their lives on the line to keep us free from what ever peril exist around us. For without them our freedoms would cease to exist.

Dutchgirl - you thoroughly disgust me with your arrogant attitude. You should be ashamed. One cannot support the troops without supporting the military. No way!! I have six members in my family alone that are involved. How dare you talk the way you do. I realize you have misunderstood a lot of our history over the past 12 years. Just by your ranting and raving. President Bush has kept us SAFE since 9/11 and there is no denying that. The majority of our military will be voting for John McCain not (the Messiah) Barack O. Start reading more and listen to other TV stations. MSNBC & CNN are not the only ones. I did vote for Pres. Bush both times. He has disappointed me some this last term but he is definitely better than any democrat that was running. McCain was not my first choice but God help us (we will surely need it) if Obama wins the presidency. He will give our country away. Wait and see but it is true.

I said Bush's job was cushy, as he never showed up for active duty, not that the national guard was cushy. I have great respect for anyone that actually serves. They should be proud, as we all should. You did not read the post correctly, or misunderstood it. The national guard should be here for our country. It is what they signed up for, not to be sent to foreign wars. If we have a disaster here where will our national guards be for the most part? Not here! That is all I am saying. Read into it what you want, I just want our soldiers home, not in the middle of a civil war and middle eastern conflict that has been going on for centuries, soldiers deployed there because of lies told, forged letters and documents. Thats all I am saying

This great nation, that i fought for, is on the brink of distruction. Someday in the not so distant future the ones who are bringing this upon us will suffer the most. This great nation is truely blind. God help us all.

Dutchgirl... How dare you call the National Guard duty "cushy"!! My husband is in the National Guard, and he was over in Iraq when this all began. He was in Kosovo for over a year. He is getting ready to go back to Iraq again. And remember, he is in a "cushy" National Guard job. I am a veteran myself - of the Active Army - and I never went anywhere. The Guard deploys more now than they ever did. You should really shut your mouth about stuff you don't know about.

This is not a "War for Oil". If it was we would be taking the oil we rightly deserve and what Bush said we would take to finance the war. Thomas Jefferson knew the threat of fundamentalist Islam back in the late 1700's. But we never learn from history. Iraq is a landing zone for us so that we can protect America's interest. Bush has faults and so does McCain, but an Obama administration would put us in a depression and hurt our military. THE US MILITARY IS THE MECHANISM THAT KEEPS YOUR FREEDOM. MANY HAVE DIED AND SPILLED THEIR BLOOD ON FOREIGN SHORES SO YOU LEFT WINGED LIBERAL LOONS CAN SPEAK FREELY ABOUT DESTROYING THIS COUNTRY. The threat is here....Islamic radicals. Let me say it again....ISLAMIC RADICALS. But the media tries to hide that fact. You never hear how the Oklahoma City bombing had ties to ISLAMIC RADICALS. So lets continue to let them build their mosques in this country, tell your school systems that they can't serve pork and make them spend money on foot baths. Amazing...you fools are selling us down the river. GOD BLESS AMERICA AND THE TROOPS. GOD SAVE US FROM THE LIBERAL LEFT. Thats right...GOD.

What is wrong with you people? You would prefer to have the terrorists come to our country? Everyone thinks America is a free ride and all you have to do is whine a little and the Government let's you have anything you want. Our boys are truly brave and they obviously want to keep the terrorists over in Iraq and Afghanistan rather than have them just walk in and blow up whatever they want to. I'm to old now but I would be standing besides them if I could. President Bush was very brave to send our troops over there. He knew it wouldn't be a popular decision but he did it anyway. I'm sure that's not what he wanted to do but what could he do? turn his back and say oh well and just let them walk all over us? we're there now and we have helped that country alot. Women can walk about now without being raped or beheaded, there going to school and all of Irag's population is much better off. The only one's not happy are the Muslim Terrorists who continue to intimidate. I for one don't want that crap over here. I don't want our boys to die either but if the war came to us would you want your entire family massacred? of course not. Let's not leave with our tails tucked between our legs like Vietnam. I don't think anyone wants another Vietnam but that was a stupid war. It started out with a purpose but ended with bitterness. We need to go in and kick ass and get this thing over with, not leave with our tails tucked again. President Bush I'm behind you and our Soldiers 100%. You soldiers have given up so much for your country, it's ashame your country can't all stand behind you instead of critizing all the good you've done. The media stinks!!!! They need to report more possitive than so much negative regarding the war. Love this country and I love my Son!!!.

Wow! dutchgirl seems a little disconnected. Seems to me there is truth in both sides in this....but in the end we have to support our country and its long term goals that most of us are not informed of. The media has a bad record of twisting information and making it sound like absolute truth. My son celebrated his 21st birthday yesterday...in Baghdad, so I know a little about what is going on over there. We are needed over there, they know it, and we know it. Our sons and daughters serving are they best diplomats ever. all they have to do is be around them to find that out. god bless our troops

I give up. Only 2% of this country in in military service so the chances are great that a majority of people do not directly know someone who is serving. I support the troops but not this invasion or this administration. Wanting them home to be with their families is supporting them. Wanting a much improved GI bill ( I knew there was one in place but it was not a good one anymore to address our current times), is supporting them, wanting them to have increased health benefits is supporting them, wanting their length of time home on leave equal to the length of time served is supporting the troops. Forcing them to serve 2,3,4,5 6 deployments is not. They did their job admirably. Saddam is dead, there were no wmd's, there is a government in place, what needs to be done now is no longer militarily possible. It is political and So lets support them and end this occupation and bring them home. That is all I am saying. End of story. Good luck to all of you and thank you to all who served, my husband did in Vietnam and I have nothing but respect for all service people, I just don't believe the continued dying for Iraq is justified.

Please forgive dutchgirl...not too smart...didn't even know there already was a GI Bill in place, now replaced by one a bit more costly (and easier to use regarding time in service).

Who do you think you're talking to dutchgirl1955? "...it would not be Joe shmoes kid or someone you don't know going to possibly die, but you, or your child, or father or mother." Most of the people that come to this site to view this tribute to our military HAVE BLOOD IN THIS FIGHT. This isn't some libtard hangout. Many of us have a son or daughter, mother or father, friend or neighbor, or have ourselves been fighting in Iraq or Afghanistan. We're not a bunch of moonbats who pity some people we neither know nor understand. We come here to support our loved ones, our family members and friends, like the man you married, that had the courage to serve. Kindly stop pissing in the punchbowl.

I have been in the service of peace and know that not every one understands or appreciates the work that the USA Military or the Eurapean Military do to try and keep us all safe. But the one 'thank you' that you get from some one who does appreciate the sacrafice has made it worth while for me. May your God look after you.

How can wanting the troops home and away from the Hell we created in Iraq be against the troops? And if you are so supportive of the troops why do you continue to vote for people who treat the troops like crap and don't give them what they deserve when they return? McCain voted against the GI bill and Bush would have vetoed it but finally enough republicans voted for it that it was a veto proof majority. Almost every major veterans organization gives McCain a D for his many votes against veterans. Bush vetoed a 3% increase in their pay, thought it was too much. Really? Our veterans are treated like crap and it is the democrats that try and give them the help they deserve sometimes pulling enough republicans kicking and screaming to their side to pass something worthwhile. WW2 involved millions of people being gassed by Hitler in his bid to take over europe and the Japanese attacking pearl harbor etc, but Saddam Hussein did NOTHING to us, in fact he was our buddy when it suited us and we could use him (find the photos of Rumsfeld shaking hands with him) and the stuff he used to kill his own people is stuff we gave to him. Yeah, he was a dictator and an evil man, but there are plenty of evil dictators in the world but we don't invade their countries and start wars of choice. I'm guessing if Bananas were Iraq's biggest commodity we wouldn't have given him a second thought, and the other dictators don't have the second largest oil reserves in the world, and in case you didn't know the reason we have not left yet, even though the Iraqi's want us out is because they have refused so far to sign a deal that gives up a large percentage of their oil to American oil companies and British oil companies. That's what Bush and Cheney want, and why they invaded. Saddam nationalized the oil and they could not get their hands on it. Afghanistan was where Bin Laden was and where we needed to concentrate our efforts but Bush took his eye off of there to invade a sovereign country that did NOT, I repeat NOT have anything to do with 9/11. 1 million iraqis dead,2 million iraqi refugees, 40,000 of our service men and women severely wounded let alone the numbers that have PTSD and are already homeless, 0ver 4500 of our soldiers dead and a cost of 12 billion a month borrowed from China and Saudi Arabia and whoever else we can get to lend it to us. You still think this was worth it? Really? For falsehoods perpetrated against the American people? And you have a president that sleeps just great and is having the time of his life, (his own words) Even with the death and destruction he has helped cause? Really? How about we end this madness and bring our wonderful men and woman home and then actually support them once they are home. Supporting the troops is not just having some yellow ribbon on your car. Give them the services they deserve and have earned. That is supporting the troops. I love this country. I became an American citizen because I love this country, and my husband is a vietnam veteran but I do not love what this administration has done to this country. If there was a draft the war would end tomorrow because then it would not be Joe shmoes kid or someone you don't know going to possibly die, but you, or your child, or father or mother. But they would rather hire private contractors and pay them 20 times what they pay our soldiers, and pay private contractors to feed them and set up housing etc for them, things that used to be done by our own soldiers and these contracting companies make billions while doing a TERRIBLE job (electrocutions, feces in water, spoiled food etc for our soldiers)and can you imagine how that must feel if you are a soldier and the other guy is making 20 times what you are for the same thing? All so that they don't have to institute a draft because they know it would end tomorrow if they did. So go ahead and live in your fantasy world that Bush is some great president and everything that has happened is just fine. I choose to live in a reality based world and right now it is a pretty dismal place to be. I can not even imagine how horrific it must be for our wonderful troops. If you care than you would want them home.

LOOK BACK IN HISTORY AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THERE WERE ISOLATIONISTS THAT DID NOT WANT US INVOLVED WITH WWII( IT HAS BEEN ON THE HISTORY CHANNEL) THEY HAD THE SAME VIEWS AS SOME DO NOW. DUE TO PRES. BUSH AND HIS ADMIN, BEING OVER IN IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN WE HAVE NOT SEEN A HIT IN THIS COUNTRY IN ALMOST 7 YEARS. I HAVE MET SEVERAL MILITARY PERSONNEL THAT I HAVE ASKED THE QUESTION, IS IT WORTH IT? I HAVE YET TO HEAR NO FROM ANY OF THEM. LET OIL HIT AS HIGH AS THEY WANT. SINCE THE PRICE REACHED 100 PER BARREL I HAVE STARTED RIDING MY BIKE OR TAKING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. THIS NOT ONLY IMPROVES MY HEALTH BY RIDING BUT I AM FEEDING THE ECONOMY TO KEEP PEOPLE IN JOBS. I WOULD HATE TO SEE THE PRICE OF OIL IF WE WEREN'T STEALING IT FROM IRAQ LIKE THE LIB'S BELIEVE WE ARE. COME UP WITH NEW EXCUSES, BECAUSE EACH ONE THAT HAS BEEN BROUGHT UP HAS BEEN STIFLED BY YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. GOD BLESS AMERICA AND OUR TROOPS AND OUR CITIZENS WHO STAND BEHIND THIS GREAT COUNTRY. BY THE WAY GO TO YOUR NEAREST COUNTRY THAT STANDS AGAINST OUR VIEWS AND WHEN YOU GET SICK OF IT MAKE SURE YOU PROTEST THEM AND SEE HOW QUICKLY YOU ARE ELIMINATED.

Wow Dutch girl, are we waiting for gas to go to $20 a gallon to pump some to America? Speaking of Dutch, even the Dutch as well as the rest of Europe would be speaking German were it not for the courage of American military personnel. Instead of disrespecting those who fight for the right of people like you to sat stupid things, why don't you just say thank you and go home and make your kids dinner? I stood at ground zero and watched body after body pulled from the rubble and whether you choose to believe it or not, there were terrorists from many Arab countries who were involved in this massacre. If you want to pin blame on someone blame yourself for voting for a weak president like Bill Clinton who let our military fall into a weakened condition. No president is perfect but at least President Bush had the guts to stand up and show the world they can't push us around any more. Perhaps you are more suited for Holland. The Arabs are taking over there.
