How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com is the property of John Ondrasik and is administrated by John and the Five For Fighting management team at Jim Grant Management.

I was born into a military family, I served in Vietnam, came back wounded. To this day the Flag means so much to me. I stood up for it and will always stand for what it means to so many of us. I just do not understand why so many people today do not put their hands over their hearts when the flag is flown for the National Anthem. Why do many not salute the Flag? The flag stands for many of our fallen veterans and for those that still live today

Im proud of all our military men and women.and want to say Thank you for all you have done for us. I know its a big sacrifice when you leave family members and friends behind. So think about that when you have anything bad to say about our troops!

My sincere gratitude to all the Military and their families and to our great USA. To the Gold Star families..I want to thank you for instilling in your son or daughter the honor to be an American. I thank them for their service to our country. I cannot even imagine the pain that you are going through....I pray that the precious memories that you hold near to your heart of them will bring you comfort in the days and years to come. May God bless you and give you strength and peace. I also want us not to forget the 4 POW/MIA's in the current conflict...Until They All Come Home!! I will not forget.... On behalf of my family, I would like to thank all military personnel wherever they are tonight, keeping us safe and doing their duty. I would also like to apologize to you for Jimmy Terry's comments. He is obviously a disturbed and immature person. As they say, Karma is a bitch. He will reap what he sows. Thank You again to all Military currently serving and all vets and to their families who support them. Lisa C.

Freedom to 'voice' your opinion is what July 04 is about. There is a difference between: difference of opinion(s) and right vs. wrong the process used and the results received are and will always be debated. The reasons (from the heart and gut) are what make each individual's right to voice their feelings. Here is 1 of mine: the new one dollar coin does NOT have the words 'In God We Trust' on the coin. Per history, when the communists ruled over Poland the had an idea. They built a city without a Church. The Poles continued to 'Believe' in a 'Higher Being! Now in the USA, a coin is made leaving out 4 words. WhY? Is one reason why because the minority rules the majority for giving people their 'rights'. Rights YES, but this Country was based with a Relogious backgriound. Remove that and the results are "WRONG". Thanks for reading. First time I have found out about this site. Will read again. The 'Freedom' to speak !!!! W.K.M.A.

I have not yet found the Terry spam, but felt I must voice my opinion. I quit being a member of the silent majority on 9-11. No longer should the hate mongers have the loudest voice. Our government does not "perpetuate" war. HOW QUICKLY people forget 12 years of violation of UN resolutions by Iraq, including a peace treat with the USA. Sadly, they have also forgotten our feelings or surprise and helplessness to realize that we had been attacked on our own soil. To forget the long range missile that hit Kuwait, which Iraq was not supposed to "have". We did not find stockpiles of WMD, but we did find WMD. I wish our countrymen would find the three things they like best in our country and then realize just how we came to enjoy those three things. Through the might of our military and, yes, even the actions of our civilian congress. Even with our slowing economy, this country has one of the best economic growth around. What freedom are YOU willing to give up, so that we don't have to react to the hostilities shown to us? What freedom are YOU willing to give up so others can say they have slain the giant eagle. What freedoms have YOU taken for granted?

If you can read thank and teacher, if you can read in english thank a vet. I served in two different combat zones. I believe freedom is a precious commodity that we as a nation cannot loose. Yes war is hell. But it is my belief that we as a country should stay free. It is a sad thing what our media does to our military. I would serve again if asked. I am 47 and a disabled vet.

One day this world society will not be afraid and will not need war, not need holidays to remember wars of past and not need a government to to perpetuate wars to "keep them safe". I pray for that day to come when all men and women of all faiths, colors and countries put down their weapons, anger and hate and learn to communicate and coexist with each other. This has nothing to do with god/gods and nothing to do with patriotism. It only has to do with people and the present. Peace
