How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

Thank you to everyone that has written, supported or created this website. I am currently on my second deployment to Iraq; first in '03 and now in '08. I have an older brother currently in Afganistan and my younger brother spent a year in Iraq in '05. All in all, my family has been on five different deployments for the Global War on Terrorism. That being said, all of my wonderful, supportive family still believe in and support what our military is doing. Let me be the first to tell you, things have definetly changed for the better in Iraq. There are still problem areas, but the difference is the desire by the Iraqi people to better their nation. Eradication of terrorism is not a possible outcome, but we are helping by giving terrorists less oportunity to parasitecly thrive of a country. Thank you all for your support, and continue to believe in what we are doing.

Watching this brought me to tears and then I went outside, knelt down and kissed some good old American dirt. My dad fought in WWII, my husband was in Viet Nam. Freedom is never free and thank you to all the men and women, past and present for their service to our country. God Bless the trrops and God Bless America.

I'm a 27 year veteran of the US Army. I've never been more proud of our troop. I palyed with uncle ho and his little people in the land of green. It wasent fun! But I look at what the troops are working with in "the big sandbox".,I feel like a civil war soldier compared to them. I'm a American Legion Chaplain here in Wisconsin, and every membership meeting there's a FIVE minute prayer for them and their famlies! GOD BLESS each and everyone of you to include your famlies. We here at this legion post 449 are here for ALL members of the armed forces, active and reserve ANG etc, etc.

There is nothing wrong with giving your life for our country. When we joined the army we knew it might cost us our life. Because,no greater love has any person who is willing to give up their life for their friends. I believe my twenty three years in the military stood for the greater sacrifice for my family and friends. God Bless America.

Funny, isn't it, that it's okay for terrorist's to attack us over the last twenty years and kill us and our friends but when we defend ourselves and fight back we're a terrorist nation! And I foolishly thought everyone got an education in this country. Those that didn't obviously get the full value of an education still ought to kiss a veteran's butt that they have the opportunity to be critical. They should also kiss every headstone of brave men who fought and died so that others could live to be critical! Remember whose intelligence was passed to this administration and which administration did something about it. Get the facts straight before complaining that after thousands died, flawed men who distrusted other flawed men fought back rather than roll over like a dominated dog saying do it again, I love it! For 24 years I defended your right to be critical of YOUR freedom. I'd defend your rights again, but I doubt you would do the same for me, my family, and my friends. I'd prefer though that you'd take the next bus out of the country and do your complaining somewhere else. Consider yourself blessed (if you know what that means) if another country will permit you to do so without putting you in irons first. Those who don't like it here and don't appreciate what they have here are FREE to leave any time. Please enjoy your freedom to do so. You ungrateful wretches sicken me. Spew your garbage somewhere else and leave the rest of us in peace! The next time your warped friends stomp and burn a US flag I hope you're wrapped in it. I AGREE ! ! ! ! AND THANK YOU

To: KR Of course the news talks about Obama (and McCain)... he running for President! But clearly you have been ignoring what he says because EVERYTHING he is says is to benefit America. All the money he has it coming from small donations from people who can't afford much, so that is what money can buy. And he wants to do a TON for our military. Like providing them with adequate armor, and the new GI Bill. I am afraid he would do a lot more for our troops than any Republican has been doing in the last decade. I pray he becomes President for the sake of my brother in Iraq...

This should be shown on the news. But why would it, when all the news can talk about is Obama. What would he really do anyway? All he will do is sell us down more and more. How can so many people be for a man who does not say anything to benefit America? It is really something what a lot of money can buy. It can buy the wrong man into the American people's White House. By the way, someone should question what Obama would do for our military. I'm afraid he would not do a thing.

I for one am very thankful for our US military and will always be behind them. We owe our freedoms to them. We should always be kissing the ground they walk on as they risk their lives for us to live in this great nation and for us to make comments like that spineless weezle Pat made on 6/06/08 at 6:01 AM: "propaganda loaded! from the number one terrorist country in the world." Well Pat, thank a soldier that you can say that. I'm sure you are sitting safe in your home making that comment. And if you really do feel that way, why don't you move to another country, you have that right? Thanks to a "guess who"?
